Specifically, the role will support new and expanded advocacy and purpose-driven initiatives, including:Strategic project management, creative services and program management for Stakeholder Advocacy priorities, including program implementationSupport for new enterprise platform specifically dedicated to efforts like Team Rubicon, and other crisis-related programming.Coordination of new effort to make Ford a leader in the creator economy and establish a new system for content and communication that makes Ford more relevant and influential in an “Instagram Reddit” culture.Facilitation of veterans’ activities including Proud to Honor Bronco Off Roadeo, and coordination of enterprise efforts around “Most American” position.You'll have…Project Management: Ensure efficient project management across workstreams to ensure work is advancing through collaboration and creativity.Partner Relationships: Working closely with Ford Philanthropy and others, support and manage relationships with key partners across workstreams.Content Development & Storytelling Coordination: Story-mining and development of key narratives to support storytelling.Asset Management: Capturing photos, videos, and deploying with storytelling efforts.Even better, you may haveDemonstrate commitment to collaboration and solving problems together, given advocacy sits at the intersection of many different functions.Commit to a high level of attention to detail, especially with managing partner relationships and major initiatives.Approach work with an eye toward excellence and personal ownership.Work in an efficient, positive and communicative style.You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. Specialized Experience: 1) Must have held an FAA 2152 FG-14/FV-J or above regional or headquarters position for at least 1 year (52 weeks); OR 2) Must have been facility rated or area certified for at least 1-year (52 weeks)in an ATS facility.
