Job Title:QA Program ManagerJob DescriptionConcentrix Catalyst is looking for a QA Program Manager to join a team working with a US market-leading client.You will be able to work in a variety of settings and platforms and collaborate in a smart environment where you can bring in your ideas.You will be expected to guide our Quality Engineers and to provide them a framework of methodology to work across the full development lifecycle, and across all test services i.e. functional, integration, regression, acceptance and non-functional testing (performance and security), drive refinement and implement best practices.The suite of applications we support is as diverse as the tools we are using. You should be a problem solver who likes challenges and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will be thought leader in the QA and Test Automation space with numerous project deployments both domestic and international. You will be responsible for architecting solutions for large scale clients in the context of their enterprise environment and the broader view of a highly distributed system architecture. This role requires architecture knowledge, sales engineering excellence, the ability to create testing best practice and standards, and leadership within a global distributed environment. Provide leadership, technical expertise, and business knowledge to stakeholders and systems department personnel in support of enterprise testing and automation solutions. Exceptional business and technical acumen. Ability to communicate effectively across client organizations including executives, stakeholders, product, and delivery organizations. Ability to lead internally across our multi-disciplinary and global structure. Trusted Advisor. Adept at building trust with your customer through strategic thought, exceptional execution, and technical depth and expertise. Champion. Lead and energize your teams and clients by providing thought leadership in test automation experiences. Ensure adherence to sound architecture and platform standards and best practices. Create scalable and manageable designs and implement enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies. In a heavily client-facing delivery role, accountable for big picture solution architecture and design. Will be expected to demonstrate business value and best practice for testing solutions to clientsQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a program manager in test methodologies and integration of business applications to achieve an efficient testing effort that delivers a quality system to its customers
Experience in direct work with client on a project. Ability to communicate with the customers on QA issues and QA strategy.
Excellent knowledge of software testing methods and technologies, experienced in using them. A subject matter expert - a ‘go to’ person for testing types and techniques who takes ownership and ensures quality project-wide.
Focus on building and maintaining community with the Quality Engineers.
An active community member - actively participating in driving best practices and sharing project learnings across the team
Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Agile (Kanban/SAFe) delivery model;
Experience as a solution or enterprise architect building test automation solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications.
Experience winning new business and working directly with clients to accomplish goals and client satisfaction
