Job Overview:Candidates will be completing all quality control duties within a machine shop! Any experience as a machinist would be beneficial for this role. Candidates will need to be able to program software and understand tolerances. This first shift position is located in a clean, climate controlled facility!Description:Ensure parts and or assemblies are made to the specifications as outlined by Lincoln Machine and or the customer.Produce supporting quality control documentation.Ensure Quality Control procedures are being adhered to for those parts/processes that require it.Top Skills Details:machinist, cnc, mill, lathe, programmerAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Be able to read and understand prints and quality call outs.Must be able to program and operate a variety of Coordinate Measuring Machines, CMMs.Must be able to operate a portable CMM (Faro Arm).Understand the software utilized by the CMMs.Maintain Quality Control reports.Preferred:2+ years as a machinist2+ years in QC in a machine shop environmentPrevious machinist experience or experience in an environment that makes a variety of customer parts.Experience writing quality control procedures.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
