Product Support Sites—You will create, publish, and maintain professional digital content (articles, user guides, etc.) focused on helping our customers self-assist (case deflection).
Voice of the Customer—You will review customer feedback and implement changes tomitigate friction in the digital support experience.
Data Analysis—You will examine metrics to guide strategic content decisions, identify gaps, and find actionable information.
Cross-Functional Teams—You will collaborate closely with product, development, support, and marketing to prepare for releases and improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking ForAs a Technical Writer, your background will look like :
Advanced English writing and grammar skills
2+ years of experience creating minimalistic self-help resources
Experience with structured content (DITA XML preferred)
Proven interpersonal skills developing strong relationships with your teammates and other cross-functional teams
Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently under limited supervision in a remote working environment
Utility player with a history of versatilityworking outside of your primary role and taking on new challenges.

Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
