Braska Bar & Grill is looking to hire an experienced Part time BARTENDERS & COOKS!
*We'll be taking resumes and applications.
*Walk in interviews will be Monday 4/29 12:00pm-4:00pm and Thursday 5/2 12:00pm-5:00pm and any Thursdays after that from 12:00pm-5:00pm. Must fill out an application prior to interview.
ABOUT YOU:
- Must be personable, Friendly, Positive and have an enthusiastic team player attitude.
- Have knowledge of drinks, fast moving when needed, have reliable transportation, be able to work until close.
- Must have current FOOD HANDLER'S AND ALCOHOL SERVER/SELLER PERMITS
-Customer service skills, it's an important skill to have in this industry.
- You're able to be standing, bending, lifting, kneeling and walking all throughout your workday.
-Able to change kegs, Co2 tanks, soda bibs. (Or can learn quickly!)
-Able to be on time daily and ready to stay for your whole shift.
-Keep a clean bar/kitchen. Mopping, cleaning of bathrooms, and taking out the garbage is involved as well as keeping behind the bar and kitchen clean.
-Prep work is a must.
-Greet customers in a prompt and friendly matter.
-Be able to multi-task and pay attention to details
-Able to take food and beverage orders while communicating with guests.
-Able to calculate basic math and maintain a cash drawer accurately each shift.
-Able to understand that any walk-outs or open tabs left are YOUR responsibility.
Our menu is really simple with a lot of different fried appetizers and a few burgers. Must also be able to keep a clean bar, cleaning at the end of the shift is extremely important to us. We are a family owned bar & grill, our customers appreciate coming into a clean, fun and friendly place.
Also, tattoos, piercings, or colored hair does not matter as long as you're willing to work and a hard worker.
