Virginia's Café is looking for a full time experienced line/prep cook for various weekend/weekday hours.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
⢠Prepare meals for our customers to meet company standards
⢠Prep cook and stock kitchen for daily business
⢠Unload food delivery trucks and put away supplies
⢠Maintain a clean and organized workspace as well as essential daily cleaning functions at the end of the work day
⢠Must be able to help cover other shifts if the need arises
Qualifications:
⢠Be able to communicate with co-workers and managers effectively
⢠Stand for long periods of time
⢠Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
⢠Reach overhead and lift heavy objects
⢠Work at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demands
⢠Ability to learn quickly
⢠Strong interpersonal skills
⢠Reliable method of transportation to work
⢠Ability to work as part of a team
