SCHEDULES AVAILABLE:

-Weekend Only 16 Hour Shift (Saturday/Sunday - 6 am to 10:30 pm)

JOB DUTIES:

-Plan and manage resident care according to their individual needs while maintaining the highest physical, emotional and psycho-social level, and encouraging independence as much as possible.

-Responsible for the completion and quality of all nursing care delivered to their assigned residents during their tour of duty.

-Monitor and direct all nursing staff assigned to their neighborhood and oversee the cares they deliver.

-Assist with the monitoring, direction and supervising of their neighborhood medication aide during medication delivery.

-Observe and correctly record care status.

-Communicate with dignity and respect to professionals, families and caregivers.

-Ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures.

-Act as a positive role model and team leader in support of the mission, vision and values of Sunrise Country Manor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Nebraska.

-Prefer (not required) at least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.

-Must maintain a high level of respect and dignity for our residents.

-Must be positive, team-oriented and willing to complete job duties with patience, kindness and respect.
