Farm Operator
At Borchers Ag Inc, we are looking for a farm hand to assist in the daily operations of our family farm located near Utica, NE. We grow corn, soybeans, and do all phases of custom work for seed corn. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to help with cultivating crops as well as maintaining/servicing farm machinery. As a family farm, we value honesty, integrity, and hard work; and are looking for someone to join our operation.
Qualifications:
Previous farm experience preferred
Ability to drive farm machinery such as semi-trucks, tractors, sprayers, etc.
Enjoys working with hands and being outdoors
Positive attitude and works well with others
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow directions
Looking for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in a job well-done
A valid drivers license (CDL preferred)
Full-time position of 40+ hours per week.
Salary: $23-$30 depending on skill and experience
