Looking for a Full-time or Part-time maintenance person at our apartment complex. This would require knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, landscaping, and general maintenance as needed. Salary is dependent on experience. Will base in York, Hebron or Fairbury and may travel to Beatrice, Fairbury, Hebron, York or Belleville Kansas. I am looking for someone that is willing to learn and then able to work independently.
