Timpte is looking for a Material Handler for our Timpte East location in David City, NE! In this role you will be responsible for manually moving freight, stock or other materials and performing other general labor.
Job Responsibilities
Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles or containers by hand or using trucks or other equipment.
Mark required containers with identifying information including receipt dates.
Follow all processes associated with the Kanban system.
Read work orders and receive verbal instructions to determine work assignments, material or equipment needs.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Must be able to read and follow directions to complete work and meet deadlines
Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Must be detail oriented
Must have an insurable driving record, and a valid driver’s license
