In your role as a PI Technician, you will be responsible for the following:
This position will be based at the Alstom site in Lincoln NE.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Implement field modifications according to the modification instruction (including tests, if required)
Ensure use of valid/calibrated tools
Populate relevant modification follow-up data base and report relevant information to Field Modification Coordinator-Leader & PI Customer Site Manager
Ensure information flow within the field modification team (e.g. shift handover)
Perform quality self-inspection
Respect EHS rules and any work-related processes. Ensure risk assessment & safe-system -of-work is available.
Report any deviation or non-conformity associated with the field modification
Ensure all necessary parts, tools & documents are available prior to starting the field modification

Pay rate: $28.85 USD - $42.30
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
Minimum IT knowledge
Internal EHS training
Graduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
English
