General manager wanted – Pine Lake Self Storage
Pine Lake Self Storage (PLSS) is taking applications for an assistant manager of our Self Storage and U-Haul business. PLSS has been in business for approximately 8 years. Our Self Storage business continues to be busy and is considered one of the best facilities in Lincoln. We also have grown as a busy U-Haul dealer in Lincoln and have earned awards for being one of the top 100 dealers in the United States. We are locally owned business and make customer service our top priority. We are looking for a full time but dedicated person to join our team. Following are some of the requirements needed by the applicant:
1. Must be “Customer Service Oriented”. Ability to communicate, converse, and provide excellent customer service is a must.
2. Self-motivated and self-guided individual that is able to prioritize and complete all tasks required for the job.
3. Be available to work 40 hours per week. Schedule is 8:30 to 5:30 (M, Tu, Th, Fr), 8:30 to Noon (Sa), Closed on (W, Su)
4. Be physically fit. Must climb in and out of Trucks and be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds easily.
5. Have a current Nebraska Driver’s License. Be able to drive, back up, and park large U-Haul trucks.
6. Be able to hook up trailers to match U-Haul standards.
7. Be able to operate computer software programs for PLSS and U-Haul Business.
Salary is $20/hr. This is fun and busy business and we are looking for the right person (male or female) to work with us.
