Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive market while providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate current customer and prospective customers needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media with the help of our marketing department
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relations
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company
-Utilize the accounting system to write up orders specific to company part numbers, designs and procedures.
-Keep abreast of best practices and promotional industry trends
-Continuously improve through feedback
Job Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Experience in CRM program and MS Office
-Highly motivated and target driven
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year - Base + No Cap Commission
