We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This position requires field service experience and the ability to work independently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing repairs in the field.
Experience
Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles.
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge relevant to HVAC systems and appliance functionality.
Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and troubleshooting methods.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay starting at $25 or depending on experience.
