$600 Hiring Bonus
DM is looking for an experienced apartment maintenance person. Mon - Fri with one on call weekend per month. Overtime is available. Must have at least one year of experience working on building maintenance, apartment maintenance, or house maintenance. The right candidate will be paid up to $21 per hour based on experience. Paid holiday (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) Full time (40 hours a week) and 80 hours of PTO per year. Once hired a set of Milwaukie power tools will be assigned or a purchase over time option is also available for said tools. Yearly production bonuses are also offered.
