Growing residential remodeling company is seeking a skilled, experienced remodeler to join our team - this is not an entry-level position. The majority of our work is bathroom, kitchen and basement remodeling. This position requires working in residential homes, a minimum of three years in interior remodeling is required.
Ideal candidate will:

possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
have the following finish carpentry experience:
ï¼ Installing cabinets
ï¼ Installing doors and windows
ï¼ Installing base, casing, shoe moldings
ï¼ Floor install
ï¼ Tiling
ï¼ Light framing
ï¼ Miscellaneous custom fabrications
be responsible for leading their own project, including:
ï¼ Scheduling subcontractors
ï¼ Procuring materials
ï¼ Maintaining a clean work site
ï¼ Time management
This is a full-time, year-round position, not a sub-contractor roll. Compensation will start at $18/hr. for a 90-day training period. After 90 days, wage will be re-evaluated based on performance and will include a $500 employee bonus plus paid vacation, paid Holidays and company matched IRA. The right person will move into a lead carpenter position after 90 days of training.
Must have a valid driver's license, with clean driving record. Must provide common hand tools - all other tools and work van will be provided by the company. Drug test and background check will be required.
