Principal Accountabilities

Running and reporting on daily operations

Ensuring food safety and quality

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Cleanliness and housekeeping

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Must be 18 years or older

Must be able to read, write, and speak English and understand/interpret manuals, procedures and policies

Work in a cold to warm environment

Ability to write and document information on forms

Ability to audit documentation and processes to determine compliance with determined criteria

Ability to inspect facilities to determine compliance with determined criteria

Ability to perform electronic data entry into various computer

Preferred Qualifications

Previous production or Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experience
