Job Description
Job Title: Cabinet Engineer
Department: Operations
Division: Concept 32 Manufacturing
Reports to: Lead Engineer
Summary:
Reporting to the Lead Engineer, the Cabinet Engineer (CE) is a key role for the day to day success of all products Concept 32 (C32) manufactures. The CE produces 100% of the documents, files, and programs to ensure customer orders meet or exceed project requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintaining and improving company standards for engineering
Accuracy in execution of customer order
Clear communication of project requirements and details
Primary Responsibilities:
Meeting the daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Producing required documentation for each job
Continuous improvement of engineering standards and methods
Able to engineer all C32 product lines
Develop custom cabinet solutions per project requirements
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
o Manufacturing experience
o 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
o Cabinet Vision (or similar) experience
o Strong math and troubleshooting skills
o Strong organizational and communication skills
o Proficient in Word, Excel, AutoCAD or other drafting skills a must (Cabinet Vision skills valued highly)
Preferred Experience:
o LEAN Manufacturing
o CNC Programming
o Parametric Modeling
o Cabinet Vision S2M Center experience

Working Conditions:
o Constantly required to be present at desk in manufacturing facility office
o Occasionally to frequently required to work with machine operators on the shop floor
