Potential candidates will. . .
1. Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction including both tenant finish and ground-up background. Medical experience a plus!
2. Have the ability to read and understand architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and site plans and will understand the importance of building projects according to plans and specifications.
3. Have the ability to build, maintain, and manage a weekly schedule, write RFI's, maintain daily reports, and upload daily job site pictures.
4. Have the ability to install doors, frames, hardware and bath accessories, as well as the ability to perform selective demo. Must be willing to perform small tasks to keep job schedule moving while simultaneously managing the project.
5. Have the ability to work well with owners, architects. Project managers and engineers.
6. Promptly identify and notify project team of discrepancy's with field conditions, errors or omissions on plans
7. Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors.
8. Take ownership in all aspects of the job.
