Salary: $18-21 per hour
Location: 100% telework
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4.30 pm and twice a week from 9 am to 6 pm
Duration: contract until end of December (with high probability of extension)
Job start: Very fast
You will be responsible for following lease accounts that have reached their maturity date and managing the various customer retention programs put in place.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls to answer questions from customers and dealers.
Create the documents, have them approved, forward them to the dealer and follow up to ensure that the forms are returned to us duly completed.
Provide quotations required to dealers for early return programs.
Explain the nature of the issued invoices and processing payments by credit cards. If necessary, initiate negotiations in view of reaching an early settlement while respecting the established practices
Qualifications
- Organized, rigorous, team work and numbers oriented
- Computer skills in general
- Ability to negociate with customers (negociating skills)
- Experience in a customer service role with inbound and outbound calls
