Part-Time Receptionist – Moving Company

Job Type: Part-Time (Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM)

About the Role:
We are a busy and growing moving company in Omaha, NE, seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, scheduling moves, and providing friendly, organized front office support.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
Answer incoming phone calls, provide company information, and route calls as needed
Schedule moving appointments and coordinate details with the dispatch and operations teams
Update and maintain customer information in our system
Manage mail, deliveries, and general office correspondence
Keep the reception and front office area clean and organized
Assist office staff with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
1+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, professional attitude and dependable work ethic
Schedule:
Part-time: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
