Qualified PORTER/GROUNDS, MAKE READY, MAINTENACE TECHNICIAN
Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience
Strong customer service orientation
Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents
Perform light maintenance
Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available- ONLY for Maintenance Technicians
Qualified LEASING candidates will possess the following skills/traits:
Professional appearance and a winning personality
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Eager to work competitively on a team
Willing to work weekends and have days off during the week
Naturally motivated to reach sales goals
