Proven ability to formulate initial summaries and broader recommendations.
Completes intermediate deliverables. Advanced understanding of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc.
Recognizes obstacles that require attention. Solves routine problems of a medium scope. Engages supervisor or manager for facilitation of roadblocks/other concerns.
Supports projects that may have moderate cross functional impact and team organization.
