DescriptionInterviews will include gathering medical, financial, and occupational and vocational historiesReview and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposesMake and receive telephone calls, logging call attempts, document information within orders as necessary, recording call resultsPrioritize and collate new orders into current caseload by type of request and geographic regionContact applicants to conduct background interviewsUpdate accurate status of orders regarding information received Maintain service level agreementsMaintain and protect the confidentiality of the company and all legal entities and client informationBe able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this jobOther duties as assignedShift: Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 9:00pm, must be able to work these hoursSkills & Qualifications
MUST have call center experience (medical/healthcare experience would be helpful but not required.)
Survey/interview experience preferred
Ability to read and follow SOPs
Accurately document all client information in the correct systems
Strong computer skills, MS office skills
Detail oriented
