OverviewCHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice at 42nd & L Street in Omaha, Nebraska. With a large geographic footprint representing diverse populations across the U.S. and a mission to serve the most vulnerable, CommonSpirit is a leader in advancing the shift from sick care to well care, and advocating for social justice.ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct clinical care in an ambulatory setting and provides health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education for all age groups including well child exams, adolescent exams, sports physicals and adult physicals including pap and pelvic exams. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.Practice Highlights

Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
Average of 20-24 patient visits per day
4 or 4 1/2 day work week

Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
Use of translator services required
Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
Nebraska License required
Nebraska DEA required
BLS
