Job Title: Financial AnalystJob Description Preparation and presentation of month-end and ad-hoc financial reporting Coordinate and perform multiple transactional tasks in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, human capital management, and cost adjustments Review costs, quantity claiming, budget structure, and exception reports and make appropriate corrections to ensure accurate reporting for management Identify, adjust, and review forecast and budget issues with the cost report to confirm proper recognition of cost and revenue Display first-rate customer service skills – maintain a positive attitude and always offer a helping hand to other team members Build effective, collaborative relationships through active listening, strong communication skills, agile thinking, and proactive action Maintain a highly organized work environment, understand the importance of time management, and communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner Create and maintain process documentationHard Skills
