Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized end of life care plans for patients
Administer medications change dressings monitor vital signs and chart with timely documentation
Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals to deliver empowered end of life care
Communicate with patients and their loved ones while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment
QualificationsWe are offering a $25,000 signon bonus and up to $10,000 in student loan repayment assistance to new hires who meet the following criteria.What Youll Need
Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited program college or university
1 year experience as a registered nurse preferred
Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live
Basic Life Support (BLS)
