To support that challenge, Syngenta is currently seeking a HSES (Health, Safety, Environmental & Security) Lead in Omaha, NE.The HSES Lead will monitor plant procedures and ensure procedures are followed and conform to OSHA, EPA, state and local regulations.Accountabilities:Conduct incident analysis to improve plant safety and environmental performance, provide a creative work environment for the development and delivery of training programs, and create edge through involvement with resident and non-resident contractors.Assure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state and local regulations by auditing production units, labs and on-site construction activities.Coordinate and deliver training on relevant safety topics.Maintain records relating to HSES trainingReview incident reports to identify and communicate trends.Write/review/revise Plant Health, Safety, Environmental and Security ProceduresMonitor Resident/Non-Resident Contractor safety performance through relationships with contractor representatives.Coordinate/lead Incident Analysis Teams for significant plant incidents and near misses.Lead PRA (Process Risk Assessments) at site.Lead Audits on PSM like processes (MOCs, SOP’s, & Training
