- Work one on one with career seekers assisting with job search 
- Facilitate virtual workshops to train internal tools to career seekers 
-Providing internal tool support to career seekers in person and remotely in other offices 
-Review and calculate daily timesheets for career seeker hours 
-Maintain accurate participant records and provide programmatic reports
-Provide instruction to participants as needed
-Assist in modeling and teaching professionalism appropriate in the workplace and communication for participants
-Collaborate with various teams, enhance workshops and trainings
-Perform other duties as assigned
