In this role, you will ensure all equipment operates efficiently to maintain production while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.THE ROLEHOURS: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4 pm. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime.MAINTENANCE: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Conduct preventative maintenance according to scheduled intervals and document all activities. Installation of new machinery and assist with equipment upgrades or modifications.MINIMIZE DOWNTIME: Respond promptly to production breakdowns and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption and identify recurring equipment issues.SAFETY & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records. Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacement parts as needed. Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and energy savings.
