The remainder of the time they will be on the production floor doing sampling of products or interacting with the production team. They will do very basic sample prep as well which will be done in the small lab behind their desk. It will include washing dishes, weighing samples, and doing prep work for scientists.Release ProceduresRelease of all raw material, inactive and active, and finished good material3rd party contract releasesCustomer sample releases to include all communication with customersInventory management on all materials on hold or quarantineStability ControlMaintaining all stability commitmentsEnsuring all stabilities are sampled, and stored in appropriate conditionsPull stabilities at beginning of month for testingSampling and HandlingSample and handle all raw material, inactive and active, and finished goodsApprove all containersGenerate specification sheets for testingKeeping track of all annual testing and logging in appropriate log bookCoordinate with production on schedule for samplingDocument ControlRecord retention for 7 years on all papers and samplesArchive retentionUpdating and maintaining all master filesUpdating and maintaining all SOP's for production and laboratoryUpdating new index log for master logsMaintaining approved vendor lettersVendor verificationAbout Aerotek:Your success starts with the right career opportunity.
