The strategic manager assists in developing plans to alignorganizational objectives with achievable targets intended to meet the needs ofthe stakeholder and leadership expectations.This position works closely with theCustomer Experience team to assist in providing strategic direction in aneffort to provide solutions to address the experience, gap, or improvement byanalysis and determination of the value of services provided.Service Strategy also works closely within collaboration and providing Strategy guidance in the context of ServiceDesign, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual ServiceImprovement. Topics covered in ServiceStrategy include service assets, Service Catalogue, and implementation ofstrategy, through the Service Lifecycle.(Financial Management, Serviceportfolio management, Organizational Development, and Strategic Risks are amongother topics).EssentialJob Functions
Demonstrates
expert knowledge and understanding of the key principles of Service Management,Strategy., including Financial Managment, Portfolio Management, DemandManagement and Business Relationship Management
Able
to think strategically and act tactically
Good
knowledge of Bank's departments & functions.
Foundation
in ITIL V3
Develops
and prepares budgets, project plans including scheduling, costs, resources, andother operational concerns.
Demonstrates
effective verbal and written communication skills
Develops
feasibility studies and business proposals for hardware/software solutions.
Plans
business and related technical training for new technologies and processes.
Manages
and administers projects and service requests.
Ensures
adherence to Bank and information systems policies and procedures, securitymeasures, and audit standards.
Instructs

experience with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,Outlook, Visio, Project, and others, is required
Ability
to work with Senior Executive Level management across all lines of business
