We invite you to be part of our journey in crafting inspiring landscapes.As a survey crew/party chief, you will engage in diverse survey tasks across various projects, including construction staking, boundary surveys, topography surveys, and ALTA surveys. Working under the guidance of our professional land survey manager, you will apply your comprehensive understanding of field concepts, practices, and procedures to contribute to the success of the team.This role also offers the opportunity to engage in project management responsibilities including project research, boundary calculations, and collaborate on project planning and coordination; enhancing your skills while ensuring the quality and precision of survey activities.You will work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.This position includes:The use of a company truck for transportation to and from job sitesApplicable PPE (personal protective equipment) providedWork boot reimbursement programCompany issued laptopCell phone reimbursement optionsReceive fully paid training, opportunity to participate in our mentorship program, and gain hands-on experience by shadowing seasoned and licensed professionalsWe will consider candidates interested in being located in our Lincoln, NE, Omaha, NE or Des Moines, IA offices.

Read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language Read and interpret safety rules, installation, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures. Write defect and repair statements. Perform simple math calculations and apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry. Wear uniform and insignia as prescribed by the Company. Report to work in a regular and timely manner.
