Description: Provides support surrounding Host, Distributed, Network, Voice technologies or Print Center Operations.
Resolves incidents and issues, executes changes associated with hardware.
Installing/Deinstalling hardware and cabling.
Must be able to initiate solutions to routine technical problems and deficiencies.
Accurate data entry skills. Good written and oral communication skills.
Desktop support experience.
Software used: Word, Excel, Outlook, DCIM, Service Now.
Works well in a team environment. Speed and Flexibility. Adapts well to changing priorities.
Able to complete routine tasks within established timelines. Will require standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 40lbs.
