Nebraska Brewing Company's kitchen is under new management.
We're currently working on a new menu that's going to restructure the kitchen
with not only higher demands in quality of food, but also in the employees who work here.
So I'm looking to build a team of culinary professionals who are passionate and enthusiastic
about the industry. I expect organization, efficiency, experience, punctuality, and professionalism.
The right wage will be paid to the right candidates and
there will always be raises in store for the employees who work for it.
There is absolutely no room for cry babies or drama queens here.
Kitchens are only as strong as the staff who make it happen.
In a family owned and operated business like this, we really have fun here.
There are 16 beers on tap, all made within the company,
a lot of which are seasonally changing and paired with the food we'll make.
You get the respect of a shift beer a day.
