Part time : Great position for a stay home Mom
Job Schedule: Work in office or remote from home (after training is complete). Monday-Friday with alternating weekends on call. Office hours are every other weekend . May occasionally need to be on call during the week if the CEO or Operation Manager has a weeknight off. Rotating Holiday on call.
Responsibilities: Maintaining the entire schedule of caregivers to clients. Making last minute adjustments when staff are absent or call in. If unable to fill an absence, it would be the Scheduling Specialist's duty to fill the shift until a replacement can arrive. Assist with hiring and orientation. Other tasks as delegated by the CEO/owner. Must be able to handle stress very well and not go into panic mode easily.
