About the job:
This position places you in the care of patients of all ages. Your knowledge and proficiency to provide dental hygiene services, along with effective communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork are highly valued.
The office utilizes digital equipment- ability to use a NOMAD and digital radiographic sensors, intraoral cameras, Eagle Soft dental software, etc., would be ideal but is not mandatory.

Requirements:
State of Nebraska Dental Hygiene License
Certification to deliver Local Anesthetic, Nitrous Oxide
CPR Certification
Hours are flexible.
Full time position - 36-40 hours. Part time positions are variable. The office is open 4 days a week, alternating 2 Mondays off -then 2 Fridays off a month. A super variation of hours worked allows for alternating 2 and 4 day weekends, or 3 day weekends. CONFUSED? Sorry – it makes sense when you see the calendar and it seems that you have a mini vacation monthly. If you wrap PTO hours around them, it is easy to have more long vacations in a year! The office hours are 7:30-5:30 (patient care is to 5PM and if you have completed your work you can leave before 5:30PM. Most days, staff is finished around 5:00PM. You can build your own schedule by varying days and altering the hours slightly. Lunch break is 1 hour
Experienced and new graduates will be considered.
Salary is negotiable and is based on experience. $40-$50
NEW GRADUATES can begin working in the office while waiting for their license to process!
Bonuses (cash, office events, meals, gifts, etc.) based on performance and teamwork.
Full time employees receive PTO and 6 Paid Holidays.
ALL employees receive dental treatment provided in the office at no fee with exception of implant restorations. Procedures (other than implant) with lab fees will be provided less 1/2 of lab bills.
Some CE courses and CPR certification renewal class will be provided.
Uniforms, PPE provided.
