Touching Hearts at Home is growing quickly and we are currently seeking a staffing coordinator/administrative assistant. 20-30 hours per week starting.
Duties include: Answering phones, assisting with scheduling, screening potential employees and clients, performing employment and background checks, and other miscellaneous administrative duties. Willingness to work in the field is required.
A qualified candidate would be a dynamic self-starter who is motivated to share the benefits of Touching Hearts at Home. Possess strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Prior experience preferred in working with seniors and their families or in a service or health care related environment. Demonstrate compatibility with Touching Hearts at Home's mission and operating philosophies.
