Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Mechanic at Beaver Lake Marina, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of boats and watercrafts as well as our customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on boats, including engine checks, oil changes, and parts replacements.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with boats and watercraft.
Conduct repairs and adjustments to engines, electrical systems, and other mechanical components.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in the marine industry.
Strong knowledge of boat engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical issues.
Proficiency with tools and equipment used in boat maintenance and repair.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
