We are seeking a year round full time person to manage the exterior upkeep of several home and apartment building in Omaha and Council Bluffs. Position includes- mowing, snow removal, gutter cleaning, picking up trash, delivering materials to job sites. This is a 100% hands on position with 1 assistant to help
The right person will have eye for detail on what needs done to keep up curb appeal, ability to quickly move between tasks, self starter who solve problems with little direction, and be able to self service mowing equipment to minimize down time.
Overtime paid at 1.5x plus holidays and 1 week vacation. Company equipment and truck provided.
