NCW Staffing is now hiring equipment operators located in Springfield, NE. This position is on a 1st shift (Monday through Friday 7am-4pm), offers overtime, company benefits upon completion of a probationary period, and pay increases with tenure. This role is outdoors in a shipping yard. You will be required to operate heavy equipment (class 6 rough terrain forklifts/telehandlers), material handling, loading/unloading shipping containers, general labor, and organizing the yard. Pay is weekly and starts out at $25/hr.
Requirements:
-Steel toed boots
-Prior experience operating heavy equipment
-Reliable transportation
-Must be able to pass a drug test and 7 ear background check
