We’re looking for a dependable cleaner to maintain apartments and common areas in residential buildings. Duties include:
Cleaning apartments between tenants
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming hallways & stairwells
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Emptying trash in common areas
Reporting maintenance issues
Requirements:
Reliable and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Able to lift up to 25 lbs
Transportation to job sites required
Will work mostly M-F 8am to 12pm.
