JOB SUMMARY
As a Water Mitigation Lead Technician, you’ll lead the charge in helping families and businesses recover from water damage. You’ll assess damage, oversee mitigation crew, communicate with customers, and ensure projects are handled with quality & efficiency. This is a leadership role with growth potential, suited for someone with experience, certifications, and a heart for service. Lead tech on water and mold mitigation jobs Assess damage and create the mitigation and drying plan, perform water extraction, equipment set up, monitoring, & demolition as needed. Complete moisture logs, photos, notes, and customer signatures. Communicate with homeowners & business owners. IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician WRT certification required. One year of mitigation or restoration experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver license and clean driving record. Able to lift 50 pounds or more and work in all conditions. Clean background and drug screen.
