I am hiring snow removal laborers for this upcoming snow season. I have multiple snow routes available in the Omaha area. The main job duties are running snow blowers on residential properties. Some shoveling is involved for tighter areas where snow blowers cannot access, but most of the work is behind the blower. I provide the blowers. They are nice blowers that are easy to run.
This job is what it says it is, SNOW removal You have to be able available during the day to complete the routes that we have. Must be able to be outside in the cold and sometimes the wind. You have to be on call when snow events happen. Holidays, Saturdays, any given day. This position takes a commitment!
YOU MUST HAVE 4x4 TRANSPORTATION TO DO THIS JOB. You will be asked to drive to accounts for me, being reimbursed for your vehicle, of course! Please do not reply to this if you do not have 4x4 TRANSPORTATION.
You must have a cell phone with navigation that you will answer when snow starts coming down. Rarely a snow storm hits without some notice a couple days in advance to prepare for it, but you have to be willing to work in any conditions
Have appropriate clothing to do this job, which means being able to keep yourself warm, however you have to do that is up to you, but I can't have workers getting too cold and wanting to go home We are generally looking at 6 to 8 hours of work depending on how much snow we get per storm.
I pay well and will compensate for a job well done! MINIMUM hourly compensation is $32 per hour, but will pay more for good quality, efficient workers who are dependable. Payment is generally 2 days after the snow event. I cannot afford to make mistakes on projects, you make me look good you get compensated for it
SEASON END BONUS for crews that show up for each snow event. $25.00 bonus per snow event you clear for showing up every time it snows. So, If you make every snow event, you make an extra $25.00 per snow event in bonus money This will be paid at the END of the season. I have multiple guys that have been with me for years who will validate how well I take care of my team members.
