Job Description:
As a Mobile Home Installation laborer, you will assist in the setup and installation of mobile homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the transportation and placement of mobile homes on designated lots.
- Preparing sites for installation, including leveling ground and setting up foundations.
- Sealing open sides of modular units using polyethylene sheets, nails, and hammers.
- Operating heavy equipment such as bobcats and translifts.
- Performing general labor tasks as needed to support the installation process.
- Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with state laws and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or mobile home installation is preferred but not required.
-Availability for out-of-town work.
-Own tools and a vehicle, preferably a truck.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Honesty and integrity in all tasks.
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
