Savutax Consulting, Inc. is a fast-growing niche tax preparation company in Omaha, Nebraska. Our company services clients with unique tax situations all around the United States. We are looking for a Client Administrator who will act as a liaison between the client, the preparers, and company management.
The ideal candidate will assist with developing and overseeing the workflow processes for the company. In addition, duties will include the following:
Scheduling in-person and online appointments.
Answer client calls and email responses.
Setting clients up in the company client portal.
Ensure the required information is submitted for preparation.
Ensure the timely deliverable of prepared returns.
Print/mail returns required for paper filing.
Client communication via newsletters.
The position is temporary and full-time from January through April 2023 with the possibility of year-round employment.
The candidate must be available to work 30 to 40 hours during the weekday. Flexibility to work either early morning to mid-afternoon or late morning to early evening is possible for the right person. Weekend hours are not required.
The position is on-site, working in the office.
Bilingual is a plus.
The candidate will have great organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of best administrative practices. The candidate will also be computer literate and have business acumen in email and phone communication. The person will also have a strong sense of customer ethics and compassion.
