OkOmaha Real Estate is currently hiring for the full time position of Leasing Consultant/Administration. The hours are from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday-Friday, and Saturday 9:00 to 1:00pm.
Job Summary:
-Shows prospective tenants available apartments, and homes.
-Performs all activities in resident service, including maintenance requests, writing leases, screening prospective tenants, and helping walk-in traffic.
-Promptly answers phone calls, and posts available properties on Facebook, and Craigslist.
-Creates move-in packets, and maintains file organization
-Prepares weekly ad for vacancies.
-Understands and complies with Fair Housing Laws, and standards.
-Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
High School diploma, basic typing and computer skills, excellent communication, organizational, and language skills, strong customer service skills, professional image (business casual attire), a reliable car, a cell phone that can take photos, and can work in a fast paced environment at times.
Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is not required, but a plus.
