Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and proven ability to build effective partnerships with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
⢠Provide appropriate and correct information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
⢠Prepare invoices for customers and field service
⢠Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving and organization skills
⢠Estimates date of delivery to customer
⢠Builds and maintains customers' relationships
⢠Establish new accounts and maintain old accounts
⢠Prepares reports of business transactions in excel
⢠Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into excel
⢠Respond and contact leads generated from customer
⢠Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
⢠Prepare invoices for customers
⢠Answer customer issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
⢠Travel to client's location understand clients needs
Qualifications:
⢠Proven track record of success in sales position
⢠5-10 years of experience in sales
⢠Established network within sales territory
⢠Active with social media and other online resources
⢠Involved in local manufacturing organizations and affiliations
Qualified Reps should be located within the geographical area they are wishing to work in. The position is commissioned based. Independent Sales Reps will be considered independent contractors. The commission schedule is a rewarding plan. Please, serious inquiries only.
