Midwest Restorations is seeking a motivated and customer-focused roofing and siding sales representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating most leads, some leads provided, conducting inspections, preparing estimates, and guiding customers through the roofing and siding replacement process. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential and commercial markets
- Conduct roof and siding inspections to assess damage or replacement needs
- Provide accurate estimates and present solutions to customers
- Manage projects from initial contact through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality installations
- Maintain knowledge of company products, industry standards, and insurance processes
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred; construction or roofing background is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
