Position: Sales Representative in the insurance restoration industry
Company: DreamHome Restoration
Compensation: 10% of self-generated Sales turned in to Production.
Your Job:
Turn in contracts and turn in scopes. That's it. No collecting checks, no project management, no supplementing. Just turn in contracts, and turn in scopes. We take it from there.

Sales reps are paid a flat % of the contract turned in for production. The full commission is paid once the roof is complete. No more waiting weeks and even months for the insurance company and/or mortgage company to release all the money for you to receive your full commissions.
And no more project management. We want you to do what you do best, sales. Our Field Supervisors take care of the Project Management. Our back office takes care of supplements and collections. You just keep selling. This allows you to utilize your strengths and maximize your commissions.
